On December 21, 2024, the American Relief Act, 2025 was signed into law. The passing of this Act enables DMEPOS suppliers to continue to accept telehealth visits that qualify for reimbursement under Medicare for equipment that requires a face-to-face, unless a policy specifies it must be in-person through March 31, 2025.
